I'm a co-founder of Cast Iron Design. I specialize in creative direction, art direction, frontend development, and copywriting. My goal is to inspire other designers to push themselves to create good design, and to consider a positive social impact as a key component of "good design" (not just the aesthetics and functionality).
Projects
When the eco pioneers at Patagonia approached us to design a printed guide to Boulder, we knew we had an opportunity to push the sustainability envelope. The end result is an amusing yet handy pocket guide that’s also the world’s first use of algae offset ink.

Whistling Hare Distillery focuses on creating organic, outdoor-inspired craft spirits. In addition to naming and branding the Colorado-based outfit, we designed a sustainable packaging solution that maximizes production efficiency while minimizing the product’s environmental footprint.
