Climate Designer using video storytelling as a force for good
I’m the co-founder of Studio SAKA, a design + video production studio dedicated to social impact and environmental education. My passion lies at the intersection of art, interactive media, and climate activism, with a special interest in regenerative agriculture and biodiversity. Currently working with educators, scientists, nonprofits, and climate innovators on creative storytelling. We collaborated with the Climate Designers on the Urban Farmers' Almanac, a free comprehensive guide to sustainable living in LA.

Regenerating Paradise is a video series featuring local farm projects paving the way towards regenerative agriculture in Hawaiʻi. I created the animated portions of this series, visualizing concepts such as composting and the farm-to-school process. The series is now available on Center for Food Safety and Soil Solution’s website to educate the public about how healthy soil can mitigate climate change.

I created a social series inspired by Paul Hawken's book Project Drawdown, which laid out 70+ climate solutions from different sectors to reverse global warming. These animated GIFs translated the complex solutions into shareable, bite-size pieces, and were featured in Project Drawdown NYC’s monthly newsletters.
